AMP SCITT select individuals who show the capacity to develop into excellent primary and secondary teachers. Many of our trainee teachers go on to work in our partnership schools. Our teacher training curriculum enables individuals to establish a strong foundation for their teaching career. The programme, led by current practising teachers, is informed by extensive classroom experience and the latest educational research. Effective coaching and mentoring from classroom teachers help guide the development of skills and knowledge and with continued guidance in their early careers. Those identified with leadership skills have been offered fast track opportunities to further develop these skills and several have already taken up leadership positions.
