Future teachers attend successful Train to Teach Event
On Tuesday 3rd November the Associated Merseyside Partnership’s team welcomed a large cohort of future teachers to their Train to Teach event. The evening offered prospective trainee teachers the opportunity to find out more about the different pathways available to them and the unique offers available from AMP’s teacher training programme. Alison Brady said, “We were delighted to see so many strong candidates attending. It is fantastic to see the top graduates from the region looking toward a career in teaching. We look forward to welcoming many of them onto our 2016-17 cohort next September”.
Associated Merseyside Partnership is a collaboration of schools across the Merseyside region led by Deyes High School in Maghull. The SCITT offers teacher training opportunities in primary schools and secondary schools in a wide variety of subjects.
